Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to change your appointment, please use the reschedule option in your confirmation email whenever possible.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge, subject to available appointment times.
Cancellations: If you cancel at least 5 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a 75% refund of the amount paid. The remaining 25% is retained as a cancellation and booking fee.
Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 5 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.
No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not cancel within the permitted cancellation period, the payment is non-refundable.
Refund processing: Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow the payment provider’s normal processing time for the refund to appear.
Emergencies: We understand that genuine emergencies can happen. If an exceptional circumstance prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at Jennel Thomas’s discretion.
